Students of CSHS attended auditions for “Murder of Scarecrows” by Pat Cook. Auditions were held on Dec. 4 and Dec. 6 for cast and lead crew members. The results of those who made parts in the play were posted on Dec. 7.

“I [auditioned for] Gerald in this year’s play because as I was reading through the descriptions, Gerald seemed to fit my personality best,” junior Lawrence Pauly said.

All cast members and crew of the play are set to start rehearsing after returning from Christmas break. The play’s set dates to perform are March 9 and March 10.

“The cast is really fun, and I am looking forward to working with all of them,” freshman and house manager Natalie Drouhard said.

Freshman Dakota Beck said he is looking forward to performing.

“The character Jack just seemed a lot like me and somewhat of a wise guy and really likes to scare people,” he said.
