As everything comes to an end, so must the vocal music department's season. The annual Cardinal Cabaret was on May 5. The dinner started at 6 p.m. with an hour and a half worth of solos, duets and group songs. The show followed at 7:30 p.m.

“We had a lot of talented kids perform this year; it was really successful,” vocal music director Ellen Kerr said.

Choir and Cardinalaires performed “Counting Stars”, “Get On Your Feet!”, “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”, and “Why We Sing,” which are all of the songs that they sang at Florida in March.

“I’m glad we weren’t crushed on time to learn the dances,” sophomore Abby Heimerman said.

Choir also performed a dance to “Footloose”. Junior Abigail Linn said that performing “Footloose” was her favorite part of the whole concert.

“We messed up a lot, but at least we had fun,” Linn said.

Cardinalaires also performed “Tribute To Heroes”, which was originally sung at Fall Fest last September.

The Cardinalaires’ final performance will be singing “For Just A Little While” at the graduation ceremony on May 15.
