Instead of traveling for a novice meet, freshmen on the Scholars Bowl team competed in a home novice meet Nov. 7. Following the meet, it was right back to work at practices, after school on Wednesdays and before school on Tuesdays. “It’s a fun and challenging with having to memorize facts, and I like challenges,” freshman Brynn Andra said.
