"The Fault in our Stars" movie is better than the book

“The Fault in our Stars” by John Green is a love story. It is about a girl named Hazel that has lung cancer and goes to a support group all the time with other kids that have cancer. She meets a guy at support group, Augustus, who used to have cancer, but he came to support one of his friends because his friend has cancer in his eyes. His name is Isaac.

In my opinion, this is a very good book, but I think the movie is better because it goes into more detail than the book does. Therefore, I think you should read the book before you watch the movie. The move goes into more detail when Augustus, Hazel, and Hazel's mom  go to Amsterdam so Hazel and Augustus can meet their favorite author Van Houten. The book doesn’t talk much about their trip to Amsterdam.  But the movie spends a lot of time on it.

The movie definitely keeps you on your feet and makes you want to know whether Hazel and Augustus are going to fall in love or not. In the end one of them, as in Hazel or Augustus, dies, but I can’t tell you who. You’ll have to watch the movie or read the book to find out.  I give this movie a rating of five cardinals because it kept me on my feet, and I like movies like that.
