On Jan. 6 the Cardinals took on the Douglass Bulldogs. Both the boys and the girls varsity teams defeated the Bulldogs. The score of the boys game was 49-35, and the girls was 37-28. “I’m proud of how the team played, “ sophomore Kalie Jones said. “(Douglass) went to state last year, and we beat them.”
